    Returns & Refund Policy

    Eligibility for Returns

    To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

    • You have received the wrong product or a defective/damaged item.

    • The item must be unworn and unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

    • You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your return request is approved, we will share a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

    ⚠️ Items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.

    Damages and Issues

    Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
    We’ll evaluate the issue promptly and make it right through a replacement or refund.


    Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

    Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including:

    • Personal care or hygiene products (including beauty and cosmetic items)

    • Items purchased during sale or promotional offers

    • Gift cards

    • Minor shade variations will not be considered as a defect or valid reason for return or exchange.
    • Product color may slightly vary due to lighting, photography angles, or different screen/display settings.

    Exchanges

    If you have received the wrong product, the fastest way to get the correct one is to:

    1. Request a return for the item you received.

    2. Once your return is approved and processed, place a new order for the correct item.


    Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
    Please note that it may take 5–7 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

     


    Video Proof Requirement for Refund/Return Claims

    To ensure transparency and fairness, customers must submit a video recording of the unboxing process when requesting a refund or return.

    Video Guidelines:

    1. Start by showing the order number and order details on the package.

    2. Display the sealed product package in a clear 360° view before opening.

    3. Record the unboxing process continuously (without cuts or pauses).

    4. Ensure the product and packaging are clearly visible throughout the video.

    5. Show any defects, damage, or discrepancies clearly in the video.

    6. Capture the invoice/bill at the end of the video.

    7. Verbally mention the reason for the return/refund and any issue found.

    Videos that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted for return or refund evaluation.
